Lewis Landscape Services. Used and recommended by several Parc Bethany Homeowners. Very easy to work with and prompt, concientious performance.

Roofing

I would like to recommend Hasskamp Roofing. They are 10%~20% cheaper than anyone else that I have gotten a quote from and did a decent job of replacing my roof (in 3 or 4 days). I know that they already replaced the roof of several other houses in our community. The only caveat is that they are so popular that they are typically overbooked during summer. One needs to book their service as early as possible and prepare for a posible schedule change.

Carpet Cleaning

I have had Teddy Bear Carpet clean my carpets for 20 years. A husband and wife team own the company and do all the work. They are honest, very hard working, and reliable. Handyman Work

We have used a licensed contractor recommended to us by our real-estate agent. The contractor’s name is “Rudy Lacaden”. His cell no. is (503)793-5167. His rates have been pretty reasonable and he has the right attitude to understand the impact of his delays on the clients daily life or costs. I recommend Rudy for typical remodeling / repairs /appliances installation / etc. around the house.

Bathroom Remodeling

Tri-Lad Development INC. did the updates for all three of my bathrooms. Jim Reed has owned this business for over 30 years and does all work himself except for the electrical, plumbing, and any woodwork finishing. He is reliable, honest, VERY REASONABLE, and while he is thorough, he is fast. Everything was clean and neat at the end of each day. He is easy to work with as were the other people he brought in.
