PBHOA Board Meetings are held as needed. Board meetings will be announced via email at least one week in advance. Residents are welcome to these meetings and can raise topics for discussion provided they are scheduled with the Board at least two days in advance.
The CC&R's require an Annual Homeowners Meeting to be held no later than the end of March. Annual Homeowners Meetings time and place will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
