Board Meeting Schedule
PBHOA Board meetings are held as needed. Board meetings will be announced by email at least one week in advance. Residents are welcome to attend these meetings and may raise topics for discussion, provided they are scheduled with the Board at least two days in advance.
The CC&Rs require an Annual Homeowners Meeting to be held no later than the end of March. The time and place of the Annual Homeowners Meeting will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
