Architectural Committee

The Architectural Committee is responsible for working with homeowners to ensure that changes to our homes meet the standards defined by the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) for the Parc Bethany community. These CC&Rs have been established to ensure that the quality and value of our community of homes is maintained as homeowners make changes to their exterior structure and/or landscaping. Before you make any changes or additions to the exterior of your home, you are required to have your plan evaluated by the Architectural Committee to ensure that any changes are in compliance with the CC&Rs.
